The founder played a pivotal role in Hywind Tampen, the world's first offshore floating wind farm supplying renewable power to oil and gas fields. As Operational Manager, the founder built the operations organization from the ground up and led start-up and commissioning activities.
Today, Hywind Tampen delivers world-leading operational performance, based on the organizational foundations, operating principles, and maintenance strategies established during this phase.
The founder previously served as Head of Operations and Maintenance at Fuella, contributing to the development of green hydrogen and ammonia solutions aimed at reducing emissions in the maritime sector.
Sustaino AS is founded and led by Ole Arild Larsen, with more than 22 years of leadership experience at Equinor across operations, maintenance and large-scale energy projects within both oil & gas and renewables.
The founder is passionate about building strong organizations, establishing robust operating models, and delivering safe, reliable and cost-efficient operations in complex technical environments.
